Worldwide Shipping
Lovora ships custom packaging worldwide. Standard international shipping is $25 USD per order. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $299 USD or more qualify for free standard international shipping.

Production Time
Custom products are made to order. Production time depends on the material, printing method, quantity and artwork requirements. Estimated timing is confirmed after your logo file and order specifications have been reviewed. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time
Transit time varies by destination, carrier availability and customs processing. Tracking details are provided when the order ships whenever tracking is available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, local taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Address Accuracy
Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible after production or shipment begins.

Delays
Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather and other events outside our control may affect delivery dates. We will help provide available tracking information, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
