How to Order Custom Packaging
Choose the product that best matches your material, size and intended use. Each listing shows the minimum order pack included in one Shopify quantity.
1. Choose Your Bag
Review the product description, material, dimensions and minimum order quantity before ordering. If you need a different specification, add it in the order notes for review.
2. Prepare Your Logo
Vector artwork provides the best printing result. Preferred formats are AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A high-resolution transparent PNG can be used for initial review. Avoid screenshots, low-resolution images and artwork copied from a website.
3. Select Colors
Enter the bag color and logo color in the product options. Pantone color references are recommended when an exact brand color is important. Screen colors can vary from printed colors and different materials may produce slightly different results.
4. Choose Logo Placement
Select front, back or both sides when available. Add approximate logo dimensions or placement notes if they are important to the design.
5. Upload and Review
Upload the artwork on the product page and include any deadlines or special instructions in Order Notes. We review the file and specifications before production. We may contact you if the artwork or instructions need clarification.
6. Production
Production begins after order details and artwork are confirmed. Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may require additional cost.
Important Notes
Custom product colors, dimensions and print placement may have normal manufacturing tolerances. Personalized products are made specifically for the customer and cannot normally be returned unless damaged, defective or materially different from the approved specifications.
