What is the minimum order quantity?
Each product is sold as one MOQ pack. The pack quantity is shown in the product title and product details.

Can I add my logo?
Yes. Select your logo preferences and upload your artwork on the product page.

Which artwork files should I upload?
Vector AI, EPS, PDF or SVG files are preferred. A high-resolution transparent PNG can also be used for initial review.

Can I choose custom colors and sizes?
Available customization depends on the product. Add your preferred Pantone color, dimensions and other specifications in the order notes.

Will I receive a proof?
We review the artwork and order details before production. If clarification is needed, we will contact you.

How long does production take?
Production time varies by material, quantity and printing method. Confirmed timing is provided after artwork review.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Standard international shipping is $25 and orders over $299 ship free. Customs duties or import taxes may apply in the destination country.

Can custom products be returned?
Personalized products cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the approved specifications.
